奖学金开始申请了，请仔细阅读下面的申请指南！
Dear students,
The scholarship is open for application now. Please read the following instruction with details.
浙江省政府来华留学生奖学金
Ａ类：30000元，用于奖励来华攻读硕士以及上学位的留学生。
Ｂ类：20000元，用于奖励来华攻读本科学位的留学生。
Ｃ类：6000元，用于奖励来华学习汉语及其他专业进修的留学生。
ZHEJIANG Provincial Government Scholarship for Foreign Students (ZGSFS) for academic year 2015-2016, which is open to both current and perspective degree and non-degree program students only.
Type A: RMB30，000, for foreign students who study graduate programs (Master Degree and Doctoral Degree).
Type B: RMB20，000, for foreign students who study Bachelor Degree Programs.
Type C: RMB6，000, for the long-term non-degree program students.
(1). 申请表可到学院办公室领取，或在这里下载/The application forms are available at the office or can be downloaded here:
(2). 申请材料提交截止时间：在校生2015年6月22日，新生：6月30日
Deadline for submitting the documents: June 22nd, 2015 for HDUcurrent students and June. 30th, 2015 for perspective students.
(3). 提交申请材料有两种方式：
纸质材料交到10教114吴老师或曾老师；或电子版发送到joywu@hdu.edu.cn （发送电子版的同学需要在空的时候来办公室补照片和签名）。
There are two ways of submitting the documents:
Give the hard copies of documents to Joy or Erin at Room 114, Building 10; Or send the digital copies to joywu@hdu.edu.cn (By sending emails, please come to the office to make up your picture and signature when you are available.)

以下奖学金为杭州电子科技大学设立的留学生奖学金，
2015-2016学年在校优秀学历生奖学金
研究生：一等奖30000元；二等奖21000元；三等奖15000元。
本科：一等奖20000元；二等奖14000元；三等奖10000元。
请注意：只有学历留学生（本科、硕士）可以申请该类奖学金。
Scholarship for Degree Programs Students (SDPS) for academic year 2015-2016, which is open to degree program students only (both graduate and undergraduate students).
Type A (for graduate students): 1st prize (RMB30000/year, rate: 10%), 2nd prize (RMB21000/year, rate: 12%) and 3rd prize (RMB15000/year, rate: 18%).
Type B (for undergraduate students): 1st prize (RMB20000/year, rate: 10%), 2nd prize (RMB14000/year, rate: 12%) and 3rd prize (RMB10000/year, rate: 18%).
2. 2015春季学期优秀进修生奖学金
一等奖4000元；二等奖3000元；三等奖2000元。请注意：只有目前已在杭电就读的进修生可以申请该类奖学金。
Scholarship for Non-Degree Programs Students(SNDPS）for the Spring Semester 2015，which is open to non-degree program students only：1st prize (RMB4000/semester), 2nd prize (RMB3000/semester), 3rd prize (RMB2000/semester). The rate is no more than 15% among all non-degree programs students.

如何填写奖学金申请表/How to fill out the application form?
第一部分：个人信息，请如实填写
Part 1: Personal Information, please write clearly.
第二部分：申请类别和已获得奖学金情况，请在相应的奖学金类别前的括号里打√。
学校有权根据奖学金的名额及申请人实际情况进行调配。
Part 2: Please tickle at the right type that you want to apply.
The university keeps the right to accommodate the types of the scholarship according to the quota and the students’ actual conditions.
第三部分：个人陈述，请写下申请奖学金的原因，以及列出自己的竞争理由。
Part 3: Personal Statement, please write down the reason why you apply this scholarship and the factors of your competences.
第四部分：推荐人意见。请相关任课教师填写。
Part 4: Recommendation. Please ask your teacher to fill out this blank.
表格可以用中文或英文填写。可以在电脑上填好后打印出来签名，或者手写，但需要字迹清楚。
This application form can be filled out in Chinese or in English. You can do it either with handwriting or with typewriting. Keep it clear enough by handwriting and don't forget to sign.
